EXCITING DEVELOPMENTS AT JLAC!
JLAC is excited to announce two important developments to our rowing programs:
**JLAC Master's Men's Team** JLAC is starting a Men's team! This team is open to any rowers - experienced to novice! Practices will be Wednesdays and Fridays 6-7:30/8 AM. Keep an eye peeled for more info and contact Jordan at jordan.gill@jlac.org or 510.208.6060 for questions or to get started!
*Coached rows :: Our scullers now have the opportunity to go out on the water with other scullers and get some coaching and participate in group workouts.

JLAC Partnerships
Take advantage of the opportunity to experience your Oakland waterfront! JLAC Partnerships offers the Oakland Community an alternative form of regular exercise. Practice a healthy lifestyle and join us on the water!
Benefits:
*Ability to participate in Rowing and Dragon boat teams and access to kayaks and sculls upon availability during our regular open hours
*Access to on land weights and rowing machines
*10% off all JLAC Program Classes
*Access to JLAC Facilities, including restrooms, locker rooms, and parking
*Discounted Community Room rentals
**Safety is JLAC's first priority. All partners must be cleared by JLAC staff for specific equipment and routes**
Costs:
*$30/month; Partner signs on for year-long membership
*12 hours of volunteer service to JLAC for equipment and maintenance.
